1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sysmenta's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Sysmenta provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, custom software solutions, and technology consulting.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Sysmenta and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom work developed for clients will be owned by the client upon full payment.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sysmenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
